FAQ's

Can you decorate before we check in?
Unfortunately not. Boston hotels will not let us enter rooms that are not checked into. Unless we book the room for you, our decorator would need to be added to the guest list to access a room key from the lobby.

If the set up is a surprise how will you access the room?
We work with what you feel most comfortable doing. We recommend clients leave their decorator's name at the front desk (name given once booked). You can also drop off a room key with us prior to leaving the room, by either using the excuse you need to use the restroom or we can suggest some places for you to send them to distract them.


What is your refund/cancellation policy?
All orders are refundable with at least a 2 week notice. Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will not be refunded under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to reasons related to Covid-19, travel restrictions, delayed or cancelled flights, etc.

If you are running late, please communicate with your decorator. If your decorator shows up and can not gain access to your room due to no key being left, name not added to room, not being able to get ahold of you, etc you will be given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, our decorator will mark the order as undeliverable and there will be no refund.

Can we reschedule if our flight is delayed/cancelled?
We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule, but can not guarantee we will have an available time slot that fits your new needs. We suggest booking our services for the second day or later of your trip to make sure any travel delays will not effect your appointment and that you will be checked in and ready by your appointment time.

Can you present gifts for me?
Of course! At no extra charge, we will lay out any gifts/bottles of alcohol or champagne/etc. Just let your decorator know where you have placed them within the room. Many clients choose a specific closet or bag. If you'd like special gifts or treats brought to the room please let us know and we can partner with one of our many vendors to bring your vision to life.
How do I book my event?
We make it easy for you to book fill out one of our contact us forms and that will begin the booking process.

How far in advance should I book?
It very dependent on your event and how certain you are on what you're looking for. We understand that during this time it's difficult to determine if your event will occur due to COVID-19. We recommend booking at least 2-3 months to guarantee your date is available and offer full refunds a month prior to your event if you do have to cancel.

Do you do payment plans?
Depending on how far in advance you book we can create a special payment plan for you to pay each week, bi-weekly, or monthly. We do ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancelling a month in advance and if no material was purchased we are more than happy to provide a full refund. If material has been purchased the remaining balance will be returned. Deposits are non-refundable and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse service without prior notice.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due two days prior to the event date. If it is not received befor the date the booking will be canceled.

Is there a limit on guests?
Yes, we specialize in intimate events our maximum is 25 people. anything over 25 people may be subject to consideration and an extra fee.

Do you design Weddings and BabyShowers Or kids birthdays?
No, At this time we are not designing kid birthdays, baby showers or weddings.

Do you utilize chair covers?
No at this time we do not work with chair covers. if you are unhappy with your venue chairs we are happy to bring in chair rentals at an additional cost per chair .
Do you operate outside Massachussetts
Yes, Depending on the location and travel fees will be associated with the total cost.
